We understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Please take a look at our return policy, and if necessary, you can start a return by using the form below.
Return policy
Poosh products (shirts, stickers, prints, etc)
Unused items, from our shop, are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items will be refunded, as we do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time. Any refunds will be sent to your original method of payment.
To begin a return, please fill out our request form below. You can find your order number in your original confirmation email. Once we receive your request, we will follow up with next steps regarding your return. In most cases we will initiate a refund, but sometimes we may need to gather a little more information.
Items maybe eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Item has defects, such as holes or rips, or an error in the print
Garment is inaccurately sized, or the wrong size was delivered
Unfortunately we may not offer refunds for the following issues:
Does not fit as expected
Changed mind
Custom orders
Please DO NOT ship any items to us unless directed to do so. We are not responsible for items shipped without our instruction to do so.
Poosh design services
Please contact us directly if you are unsatisfied with a design project, such as custom illustrations. If there is an issue we will do what we can to make it right but may not be able to offer a refund, as custom services have been rendered.
Rest assured! We work closely with you throughout your project to ensure everything is clearly communicated and approved, so there are no surprises.
